When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day (Mon–Sat). Orders after 2 PM or on Sunday are dispatched next business morning.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and our Returns & Refunds policy applies instead.
How long do cancellation refunds take?
If you paid online and cancel before dispatch, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently deliver within Pakistan only. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is picked up. You can also track on our Track Order page.
What couriers do you use?
We ship with TCS, Leopards, M&P, and PostEx depending on your city and availability.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — orders above Rs 2,000 ship free within Lahore. Nation-wide free shipping is available on orders above Rs 5,000.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. If you're in a remote area, delivery may take a day or two longer.
