Our refund policy in plain words
Email help@theanimalmart.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue.
Return the item in its original packaging. It must be unused and unaltered. Opened food, treats, or medications cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We will provide the return address. Return shipping is covered by us when the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Does Animal Mart accept change-of-mind returns?
No. We only accept returns for items that arrived wrong (incorrect product sent) or broken/defective. Change of mind, incorrect size, or colour preference are not valid return reasons.
What items cannot be returned?
Opened food, treats, medications, and personalised products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, even if the item is defective.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, for wrong or defective items only. Contact us and we will process an exchange as long as the item is unused and within the 7-day window.
How long do refunds take?
Bank transfers and EasyPaisa/JazzCash refunds typically take 3–5 business days after we approve and process the return.
